Shipping policy

Every orders ships within 3-5 business day after an order is placed.

The Clay Bouquet is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the appropriate postal service and fill a lost package claim. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is marked as delivered and you never received it, it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for more information regarding your package.
